Child Care Centre in Waikiki

My World Child Care Centre in Waikiki is a well established centre that encourages and celebrates family cultures and diversity. We opened our doors in Waikiki in December 2009. Since then we have established ourselves as a 57 place centre with three rooms for ages of 8 weeks – 5 years that provide Reggio Emilia inspired floor plans both indoors and outdoors that is shared with our pet birds, fish, guinea pigs and a well-loved frog.

Room age ranges are:

  • Babies: 8 weeks – 2 years
  • Toddlers: 2 years – 3 years
  • Kindy: 3 years – 5 years

Education

My World Seville Grove only employ qualified Early Childhood Teachers. Our staff are well educated and highly experienced.

Our curriculum is based on the highly-regarded Reggio Emilia approach. We follow the National Quality Framework and provide a Kindy Program run by our Bachelor level teachers. This framework is the same framework used in all Australian kindergartens.

Enrolment Process

We encourage families to visit our centre at any time during operational hours for a walkthrough and overview of what we can offer at our centre.

Once a family has completed their tour they are offered an enrolment pack and guided through the paperwork process to ensure becoming one of our family members is of ease.

Each child is an individual, created with a unique destiny, unique abilities and interests. In taking a holistic approach, we recognise the connectedness of mind, body and spirit. We believe that it is our role to foster, stimulate and develop each child’s physical, personal, social, emotional and spiritual wellbeing as well as cognitive aspects of learning.
